
My daughter has always been a picky eater and I've been always accommodating to her taste-buds. My principle then was "As long as she eats, I'm happy". Only to realize how wrong I was then. Now, before she even try any new type of food, she has labeled them as "Not nice" and she won't even try a bit.
Time to change for a more nutritious meal. The best I've ever managed getting her to eat without picking out certain food is pasta.
